Updates to Funding Rate Limits and Intervals for APEXUSDT Perpetual Contracts

As part of a commitment to enhance user protection, Bybit is announcing changes to the funding rate limits and intervals for APEXUSDT Perpetual Contracts. These amendments will come into effect on Sep 28, 2025, at 10:30 AM UTC.
Funding Rate Limits
The upper and lower limits for the funding rate are being adjusted. The upper limit will be increased from +1.5% to +2%, and the lower limit will similarly be adjusted from -1.5% to -2%.
Funding Rate Intervals
The funding rate intervals will also be changed. Instead of the current system where rates are adjusted every 8 hours, the new system will see adjustments every 4 hours.
Settlement Time, Funding Rate Limits and Intervals
From 2025-09-28 16:00 (UTC), the funding rate limits and intervals will be updated according to the new changes. The changes will apply to each subsequent interval, with each of these intervals starting at 16:00, 20:00, 00:00, 04:00, and 08:00 (UTC) respectively.
In light of these changes, Bybit encourages users to trade responsibly and use a lower leverage level to protect their accounts from further risk.
